Lobby

The lobby is the first place everyone sees when they walk into the building. It should be kept in pristine shape all the time, which means daily cleaning and a few spot checks throughout the day. Below is our regular checklist for the lobby.

Clean glass doors.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Dust windowsills and skirting boards.
Empty trash receptacles, wipe them down, and replace liners.
Disinfect light switches and high contact points.
Clean mailboxes.
Spot clean wall marks.
Vacuum and mop floors.

Internal common areas

Dust shelves, cabinets, and other hard surfaces.
Empty trash receptacles, wipe them down, and replace liners.
With disinfectant, wipe down tables and chair arms (if applicable).
Collect any office kitchenware (plates, utensils, mugs, etc.) and return to the kitchen.
Dust HVAC vents.
If there are windows, dust window blinds/shades as well as the window sill.
Clean window glass and any other glass surfaces.
Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors.

Gyms | Pools | Restrooms

Pools, gyms, & restrooms that are not cleaned and disinfected properly can lead to unsanitary conditions, bacteria and pathogen growth, and potentially the spread of disease – not to mention unpleasant odors and unsightly presentation. We perform the following work on a daily basis for you:

Empty and disinfect trash receptacles and sanitary napkin dispensers (if applicable).
Sanitize, disinfect, and clean gym equipment.
Wash gym mats.
Disinfect sinks, paper towel dispensers, and/or hand-dryers.
Disinfect toilet seats and toilet paper dispensers.
Use toilet bowl cleaner and brush to clean the toilet bowl.
Use glass cleaner to wipe down the mirror over the sink.
Refill toilet paper, paper towel, and soap dispensers.
Ensure hand dryers work properly.
Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant solution.
