Lounge area

For that to happen, it’s essential that the lounge is regularly and thoroughly cleaned to comply with proper hygienic standards. Deep-cleaning on a daily basis will serve to reduce the spread of germs, as well as to present a well-maintained interior for patrons to enjoy. Larch Maintenance can perform the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Dust the light fixtures, ceiling, furniture, and decorations.
- Clean the front door glass and window.s.
- Wipe light switch, door handles, and other high-contact surfaces with sanitizing solution.
- Sweep or vacuum the floor.
- Mop the floor with sanitizing solution.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Spot clean all walls when needed.
Kitchen area
Cleaning should be a regular part of your back of house routine, but even the most conscientious restaurant employees won’t have enough time to clean everything–especially if your establishment is always busy. That’s where Larch Maintenance comes into play. We offer you a deep cleaning schedule that is customized to your needs and includes the following basic tasks:
- Properly dispose of oil in fryer.
- Empty grease traps from under the oven, stove, and fryer.
- Clean around and under the stove, grill, griddle, and fryer.
- Wipe clean rangehood.
- Discard accumulated water from the catcher basin beneath the refrigerator.s and deep freezer.s.
- Wipe the exterior of appliances like coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, and refrigerators.
- Clean and disinfect food preparation stations with food-safe sanitizing solution.
- Wash rags and aprons; let air dry.
- Clean sink(s), faucet(s) and handles with a disinfectant.
- Sweep floors, getting under preparation tables and stove.
- Mop floors with food-safe sanitizing solution.
- Spot clean all walls and ceiling with degreasing soap and water to remove grime buildup from grease residue.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Deep clean the trash bins.
Restrooms cleaning
One sign of a good and clubhouse is how sanitary and well-maintained the bathrooms are! Restrooms that are not cleaned and disinfected properly can lead to unsanitary conditions, bacteria and pathogen growth, and potentially the spread of disease – not to mention unpleasant odors and unsightly presentation. An unclean restroom could mean no repeat business from patrons. We perform the following work on a daily basis for you:
- Restock tissues, towels, and hand soap dispensers.
- Dust light bulbs and light fixtures
- Wipe down all touchable surfaces (dispensers, door handles, faucets, toilet flush valve etc.) with a disinfectant.
- Empty trash receptacles; replace liners as required and wash out with disinfectant
- Polish mirrors, glass.
- Wash toilets including sides and rim, under the seat, the tank and flush valve.
- Wipe down surrounding walls with a disinfectant.
- Clean sinks with a disinfectant.
- Wipe and disinfect countertop clean.
- Sweep and mop floors with a disinfectant cleaner.
Once a week, we perform the following tasks:
- Clean air vents.
- Scrub/polish floors and grouts.
- Polish stainless steel/metal fixtures.
- Clean wall and ceiling trim, doors, baseboards, and window frames.
- Clean and disinfect inner and outer surfaces of trash receptacle.
- Check for leaks, molds, and mildew.
- Remove soap buildup.
